Four neighbourhood coffee shops. Coffee brewed with heart.
Tamshy Coffee is a chain of four neighbourhood coffee shops in Almaty. We brew specialty coffee from beans by Kazakhstani roasters, bake our pastries on site and know regular guests by name. The first shop opened on Abai Avenue in 2019, and today the team counts about 35 people.
We believe good coffee starts with a good team. We train baristas from scratch: an in-house latte art school, a mentor on the first shifts and clear drink recipe cards. Within a year you can grow into a senior barista, and then into a shop manager.
What we offer: a 2/2 schedule, meals on shift, a branded uniform, bonuses from the shop's revenue, tips that stay with the team, and paid training. Come and meet us – we are always glad to see people who enjoy taking care of guests.

- We are at 52 Abai Avenue, office 3 on the second floor. Drive along Abai Avenue and look for the Tamshy Coffee sign: the entrance is from the street, then the stairs to the second floor, a door with an "Office" plate. Message the manager Arman beforehand and we will meet you at the entrance. Parking: in front of the building and in the yard.
